CONCEPT:
These high-pressure mixing heads for the production of panels with flexible facings or steel-faced panels are the result of many years of experience in the field of sandwich panels. We developed this special concept at the request of numerous clients to enhance mixing efficiency, especially for PIR production.
Specially designed injectors allow the fluids to rotate in opposite directions to increase the mixing energy.
Injectors tilted backward increase turbulence and therefore improve mixing.
