CONCEPT
We observed that on many flexible panel production lines, the three mixing heads did not produce the same foam quality, even with equivalent flow rates and pressure settings. This is often due to poor distribution of Polymix within the three high-pressure pumps. After calculations and fluid simulations, we have developed a low-pressure distribution unit that avoids dead zones and different preferential flows.
